Localization & System Integration
Localization and System Integration works may range from a simple UI translation to a more complex works such as integrating with customer’s Database or SIEM dashboard. This works can be time consuming and complex. Tembusu has the technical manpower to help company to do this cost-effectively and professionally.

After Sales Support
Customer often requested After Sales Support, that may encompass Level 2 and Level 2 support. And quite often, the manpower needed for the Service Level Agreement (SLA) shall include local language and rigorous hours/days that include public holidays. Tembusu can provide this service cost-effectively and with flexibility (to scale up or down, depending on the needs).
SLA SystemTembusu has an SLA system that generates Ticket, critical to track the status of each report and its expected completion. This system can be provided as part of our services.
